Baker Intermediate School would like to congratulate Mrs. Stacey Moore on being named BIS Assistant Principal. Mrs. Moore has been an educator in the Clark County School District for 15 years, with this being her fourth year at Henry E. Baker Intermediate School.
Stacey holds bachelor's degrees in both Environmental Education and Elementary Education, as well as a master's degree in Instructional Leadership. She also obtained her National Board Certification in the area of Middle Childhood Generalist in 2009. In addition to her experience in fourth and fifth grade classrooms, Mrs. Moore has served as a Reading and Math Interventionist, RtI Coordinator, Building Assessment Coordinator, Writing Cluster Leader, and Science Core Content Leader. Mrs. Moore has held leadership roles in our district with the Certified Evaluation Committee, Superintendent's Teacher Council, English and Language Arts Curriculum and Assessment Writing Team, and District Instructional Leadership Team. Her achievements in education have been recognized in receiving the Relationship Builder Award from the Clark County School District and the Excellence in Teaching Award from Campbellsville University.
She is excited to now join the administrative team at Baker Intermediate! Please join us in congratulating Stacey as she begins her new position.
